Prices are before Texas sales tax. Monthly plans are billed on autopay. Extra chemicals for algae or storm recovery are billed at cost plus 20% and noted on your visit report.

Local, small and on it
Rux is a two-person New Braunfels business. One of us is out at your pool every week, and the other answers your emails, sets your schedule and makes sure the billing is right. You always know who to call.
We keep it simple: show up on time, leave the pool better than we found it, and tell you if anything looks off with your equipment before it turns into a bigger bill.

What areas do you serve?
New Braunfels and nearby parts of Comal County. If you are just outside town, ask anyway and we will let you know.
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need access to the pool and equipment. Please keep gates unlocked and pets inside on your service day. If we cannot get in, a return trip is $45.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans run month to month with a simple service agreement. You can cancel with written notice.
What chemicals are included in full service?
Standard sanitizer and balancing chemicals for routine weekly care. Extra treatments for algae, storms or heavy use are billed at cost plus 20% and listed on your visit report.
How do I pay?
Monthly plans are billed on autopay. One-time services are invoiced after the visit. Payments more than 10 days late have a $15 late fee.
